In October, our team took part in our Q4 wellbeing week. We dedicate time to help employees develop different ways to help manage work stress and encourage them to become more active.
This wellbeing week involved independent activities such as a steps challenge, separate walk – treasure hunt and an hour of independent activity. Employees were encouraged to take a break from their screens to read, cook, walk.
We also took part in joint activities via zoom with guidance from Active Cheshire; we participated in an active yoga session where Janet showed us how to keep active from our desks during the day. On top of this, we baked a Friday treat of variations of Walnut and Banana bread, which all turned out great.
