RADPAD® Disposable Radiation Shields (5000 Series)

RADPAD^® Disposable Radiation Shields are sterile, lead-free, lightweight, and disposable radiation protection shields placed directly over sterile patient drapes. They provide physicians with protection from scatter radiation during interventional procedures. First developed in 1996 as a lightweight pliable alternative to lead shielding, RADPAD^® shields have been tested in numerous independent studies and proven to be effective in reducing scatter radiation in multiple medical interventional specialities utilising x-radiation.
